Flexible Grouping
Teachers plan a consistent flow of varied student groupings within a unit of study based on the nature of the work and the individual needs of the students. This allows students to see themselves and one another in a variety of learning contexts, and it provides the teacher with regular opportunities to observe each student in multiple contexts.
